Fastest Creature in Sonaria: Top 20 by Sprint Speed
Updated 2026-09-08 · Last verified 2026-09-08 · Roblox Creatures of Sonaria
The fastest creature in Sonaria is Nimoona at 205 sprint speed, ahead of Flipli at 202 and Nemni at 200. All three sit in the game's smallest size bands, and every number on this page is read off the same source: the 481-creature stat table that Creatures of Sonaria's own wiki maintains, 4 September 2026 revision, 51 fields per creature with no missing values.
Speed in this game is not one number. It is four: sprint speed, walk-and-swim speed, turn, and the stamina that decides how long you get to use any of it. This page prints all four side by side, because the ranking changes depending on which one you actually care about.
How this ranking is built
Method. Every figure below is a field from
Module:CreatureData/data, the structured data module behind the official Fandom's infoboxes, at its 4 September 2026 revision. Rankings are sorted on the raw field, ties broken alphabetically. Where a figure is aggregated across all 481 creatures rather than read from a single row, it is computed from that same table and labelled as such. Nothing here is an impression of how a creature handles, because the data does not contain that.
The existing speed and tier lists for this game are subjective SS/S/A/B/C bands. None of them cites a single one of the 51 published fields. If you want a ranking you can check, you need the number that produced it, and the date of the table it came from.
Top 20 by sprint speed
Sprint range across all 481 creatures: minimum 50, median 94, maximum 205.

| 20 | Minawii | 149 | 23 | 0 | 185 | 1 | Omnivore | Semi-Aquatic |
Two more creatures also sit on 149 sprint and fall outside the twenty on alphabetical order alone: Puffwump (Tier 1, Terrestrial, stamina 200) and Umbraxi (Tier 4, Flier, stamina 115). Treat the bottom of this table as a band, not a queue.
Nine of the top twenty are Aquatic, in a game where only 28 creatures out of 481 are Aquatic at all. Widen the cut to every creature at 140 sprint or above and there are 55 of them, split 32 Tier 1, 11 Tier 2, 6 Tier 3, 6 Tier 4 and zero Tier 5. The aquatic and small-bodied bias in the speed ceiling is not a sampling artefact of a top-20 list.
Sprint speed and walk-and-swim speed are different fields
The stat table carries two separate movement numbers, rendered on the wiki as "N walk" and "N sprint". They are not proportional, and ranking on the wrong one produces a different list.
Across all 481 creatures, walk-and-swim speed runs from 14 to 114 with a median of 31, while sprint runs from 50 to 205 with a median of 94. The correlation between the two columns is 0.23, computed from the same table. The ratio of sprint to walk has a median of about 2.8 times and stretches from 1.3 to 9.3.
| Creature | Sprint | Walk | Sprint ÷ walk | Tier | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Puffwump | 149 | 16 | 9.3 | 1 | Terrestrial |
| Kemoti | 133 | 15 | 8.9 | 1 | Flier |
| Pero | 124 | 14 | 8.9 | 1 | Flier |
| Yiepir | 148 | 17 | 8.7 | 1 | Semi-Aquatic |
| Eulopii | 147 | 17 | 8.6 | 1 | Semi-Aquatic |
| Arachyu | 112 | 80 | 1.4 | 5 | Aquatic |
| Eigion Warden | 98 | 70 | 1.4 | 5 | Aquatic |
| Garluhmoat | 118 | 85 | 1.4 | 4 | Aquatic |
| Kretapex | 100 | 74 | 1.4 | 5 | Aquatic |
| Sequidliom | 99 | 76 | 1.3 | 5 | Aquatic |
The practical reading: several Tier 1 creatures near the top of the sprint list crawl when they are not sprinting. Alkaksu sprints at 153 and walks at 20. Nimoona is the rare creature that is first on both columns, at 205 sprint and 114 walk.
Turn rate: lower is more agile
This is the field most likely to be read backwards. turn records how long a creature takes to turn, so a lower number is faster, and the wiki's own editors say so in their field notes. Sorting a spreadsheet descending on this column gives you the least agile creatures in the game while looking exactly like a top-20 list.
The scale runs 0 to 7 with a median of 3. Forty-three creatures sit at 0, the most agile value in the game, and seven sit at 7. The distribution by size band is flat and monotonic:
| Tier | Size name | Creatures | Turn median | Sprint median | Walk median | Stamina median | Stam regen median |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Tiny | 50 | 0 | 141 | 22.5 | 160 | 3.5 |
| 2 | Small | 74 | 2 | 128 | 26 | 130 | 3 |
| 3 | Medium | 126 | 3 | 98 | 28 | 103 | 3 |
| 4 | Large | 131 | 4 | 81 | 35 | 90 | 2 |
| 5 | Enormous | 100 | 5 | 69 | 35 | 80 | 2 |
Note what happens across that table. Sprint median falls from 141 to 69 as tier rises, turn median climbs from 0 to 5, and stamina median falls from 160 to 80. Walk speed is the exception: it rises with tier, from 22.5 to 35. Big creatures are slower in every way that matters in a chase, and slightly faster when they are not chasing.
Tier is body size, not power. The wiki states that size is only sometimes proportional to a creature's damage and health, and the damage table proves the exception plainly. See tiers explained for what the five bands actually are, and the tier list for what the subjective rankings claim against these numbers.
Within the top 20 sprinters, the agility split is stark: every Tier 1 entry on the list turns at 0, while Arrainoa, Ulyri, Logavian, Glovaucus and Koipise all turn at 4, one worse than the game-wide median. Ulyri is the clearest trade: joint sixth-fastest at 165 sprint, but turn 4 and only 80 stamina.
Stamina is the real limit on speed
Sprint speed tells you how fast a creature moves. Stamina and stamina regeneration decide how much of that speed you get to use.
Stamina runs from 30 to 225 with a median of 100. Stamina regeneration runs from 0.5 to 5 per second with a median of 2.5, and 163 creatures sit at exactly 3.
What the data cannot tell you: the table does not publish the stamina drained per second while sprinting. The pool and the refill rate are both there, the outflow is not, so nobody can convert these fields into seconds of sprinting, and this page will not pretend otherwise. Stamina here is a comparison between creatures, not a stopwatch.
Fast and long-winded
Raw sprint is the wrong list for most players. Filter for creatures at 140 sprint or above with 150 stamina or above and 34 creatures qualify out of 481. Twenty-seven of those 34 are Tier 1. Here are the fifteen fastest of them:
| Creature | Sprint | Stamina | Stam regen | Turn | Tier | Diet | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nimoona | 205 | 225 | 5 | 0 | 1 | Herbivore | Aquatic |
| Flipli | 202 | 200 | 5 | 0 | 1 | Herbivore | Aquatic |
| Bengon | 165 | 160 | 3 | 3 | 2 | Carnivore | Aquatic |
| Zhelijin | 165 | 175 | 4 | 2 | 3 | Omnivore | Aquatic |
| Glovaucus | 156 | 150 | 4 | 4 | 3 | Carnivore | Aquatic |
| Alkaksu | 153 | 220 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Herbivore | Semi-Aquatic |
| Ani | 152 | 190 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Herbivore | Terrestrial |
| Jeff | 151 | 215 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Omnivore | Terrestrial |
| Scuba Jeff | 151 | 215 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Omnivore | Semi-Aquatic |
| Rukig | 150 | 215 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Carnivore | Terrestrial |
| Belluvaraptor | 149 | 175 | 3 | 0 | 1 | Omnivore | Terrestrial |
| Minawii | 149 | 185 | 3 | 0 | 1 | Omnivore | Semi-Aquatic |
| Puffwump | 149 | 200 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Omnivore | Terrestrial |
| Kyiki | 148 | 175 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Herbivore | Terrestrial |
| Yiepir | 148 | 150 | 4 | 0 | 1 | Herbivore | Semi-Aquatic |
Nimoona is the only creature that tops sprint, walk, stamina and stamina regeneration at once: 205, 114, 225 and 5, with turn 0. That is the cleanest single-creature dominance anywhere in the movement fields.
Three names that appear on the raw sprint list do not survive this filter: Nemni (200 sprint, 120 stamina), Uleoum (190 sprint, 145 stamina) and Ulyri (165 sprint, 80 stamina). Ulyri holds the eighth-fastest sprint in the game on a stamina pool 20 below the game-wide median.
Speed inside the large size bands
If you are committed to a big creature, the top-20 list is no help. These are the ceilings inside Tier 4 and Tier 5, computed from the same table.
| Creature | Sprint | Walk | Turn | Stamina | Tier | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ulyri | 165 | 90 | 4 | 80 | 4 | Flier |
| Logavian | 163 | 95 | 4 | 130 | 4 | Flier |
| Umbraxi | 149 | 91 | 3.5 | 115 | 4 | Flier |
| Eiroca | 141 | 93 | 6 | 150 | 4 | Aquatic |
| Dalghara | 140 | 91 | 5 | 165 | 4 | Flier |
| Gimon-Ogu | 124 | 76 | 6 | 115 | 5 | Flier |
| Opralegion | 124 | 88 | 6 | 128 | 5 | Flier |
| Syroudon | 120 | 82 | 4 | 120 | 5 | Aquatic |
| Arachyu | 112 | 80 | 7 | 90 | 5 | Aquatic |
| Aqoxturumox | 107 | 76 | 5 | 100 | 5 | Aquatic |
The fastest Tier 5 creatures in the game sit at 124, and exactly 100 creatures are faster than that. At the other end, eight creatures sit on the game's floor of 50 sprint and every one of them is Tier 5: Abyssal Geortharoc, Boreal Warden, Caldonterrus, Feral Korathos, Geortharoc, Korathos, Origin Caldonterrus and Turrim.
Flight speed is a separate field
Flying creatures have their own movement column, flySpeed, and it is not on the same scale as sprint speed. 174 of the 481 creatures carry a value, and it runs from 15 to 58 with a median of 40, against a sprint range of 50 to 205. Comparing across the two columns is not supported by anything the wiki documents, so do not read "58 fly" as slower than "58 sprint".
| Creature | Fly speed | Sprint | Tier | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brequewk | 58 | 140 | 1 | Flier |
| Kiiwin | 58 | 137 | 1 | Glider |
| Fernifly | 57 | 130 | 1 | Glider |
| Kemoti | 55 | 133 | 1 | Flier |
| Astrothi | 54 | 130 | 1 | Flier |
| Dalitil | 54 | 129 | 1 | Flier |
| Kriffin | 54 | 135 | 1 | Flier |
| Pero | 54 | 124 | 1 | Flier |
| Flixlit | 53 | 126 | 1 | Flier |
| Beezu | 52 | 129 | 1 | Flier |
Every one of the ten fastest fliers is Tier 1, and the same size gradient applies in the air: the best Tier 4 fly speed is Aesthyrion at 40, and the best Tier 5 is Veishyadar at 31. Of the 174 creatures with a fly speed, 140 are typed Flier and 24 Glider, but 10 are typed Aquatic or Semi-Aquatic and still carry one, which is why the wiki maintains separate Skyquatic and Aqua-Glider categories alongside the plain type field. Full breakdown on the flight page, and the water-side equivalent on aquatic creatures.
Two related fields exist, flySprintMultiplier and takeoffMultiplier. Their values are published but the wiki does not render a labelled unit for either, so this site records them without asserting what they do.
What speed numbers will not tell you
A computed ranking is honest about its own edges. These fields do not capture hitbox size, how an ability changes a chase, or how a creature handles under a player. Several active abilities in the game are movement abilities, including Speed Blitz on 20 creatures and Adrenaline on 19, and none of them appear anywhere in the sprint column. A creature two places lower on this table with the right ability may win the chase every time. See abilities for the full frequency counts.
Body size also carries costs the movement fields do not show: growth time, weight and appetite all climb with tier, and the growth page covers what that costs in minutes. For the other end of the stat table, see strongest and tankiest, or build your own comparison at compare stats and browse the full list at all creatures.
This site does not cover trading values. Accurate valuation lives inside two trading platforms' private marketplace data, and there is no way to source it honestly, so we do not print it.

Frequently asked questions
What is the fastest creature in Creatures of Sonaria?
Nimoona, at 205 sprint speed. It is a Tier 1 Aquatic herbivore, and it also holds the highest stamina in the game at 225 and the joint-highest stamina regeneration at 5 per second. Flipli is second at 202 sprint and Nemni third at 200. All three figures come from the game's own stat table, 4 September 2026 revision.
Is sprint speed the same as walk speed?
No. They are two separate fields and they rank creatures very differently. Across all 481 creatures the correlation between them is only 0.23, and the ratio between a creature's sprint and its walk speed ranges from 1.3 times to 9.3 times. Puffwump sprints at 149 but walks at 16, while Sequidliom sprints at 99 and walks at 76.
Does a lower turn number mean a slower creature?
The opposite. Turn measures how long a creature takes to turn, so a lower number is more agile. The Fandom editors state this in their own field notes. Values run from 0 to 7 with a median of 3, and 43 creatures sit at 0 while 7 sit at 7. Reading the column the wrong way round inverts the whole ranking.
What is the fastest large creature in Sonaria?
Among Tier 4, Ulyri leads at 165 sprint, followed by Logavian at 163 and Umbraxi at 149. Among Tier 5 the ceiling is much lower: Gimon-Ogu and Opralegion tie at 124, and not one Tier 5 creature reaches 140 sprint. The Tier 5 sprint median is 69 against 141 for Tier 1.
How long can a fast creature sprint for?
The data cannot answer that, and this site will not guess. The stat table publishes the stamina pool and the stamina regeneration per second, but it does not publish the drain rate while sprinting, so no one can convert those two fields into seconds of sprinting. Stamina is a comparison between creatures, not a stopwatch.
Are flying creatures the fastest in the game?
Not on these numbers. Fly speed is a separate field with its own scale: 174 creatures carry a value, and it runs from 15 to 58 with a median of 40, against a sprint range of 50 to 205. Fly speed and sprint speed should not be compared across columns, because the wiki does not document them in shared units.
